I’m sitting by myself in the living room scrolling nostr.
They all know I’m into bitcoin but think I’m crazy. They aren’t ready yet… one day they will be, but for now I don’t have the energy to battle them 😂
People are so distracted by everything else in the world. Bitcoin is the only thing that matters and the rest is noise. As long as you aren't harming another human being, you do you.
I’m starting to see the world as the battle between people who internalize their anxiety and people who externalization it:
People who externalize think their anxiety can be alleviated if the rest of the world just changed and conformed to their rules. They will seek power and money to force people to do what they think is right, for the “common good”.
Then those who internalize know their anxiety comes from within and can only be alleviated by self reflection.
#Bitcoin, with its immutable supply, is the only constant in a constantly changing world. This allows us to do the work to self reflect. With #Bitcoin there is no need for anyone else to impose a rule on us for we are governed by natural rules of scarcity and power via PoW.
I love this. I have my opinions on certain politics, but never would I externalize it unlike most people these days. It makes a lot of sense!
