Hard to recommend anything since everything is heavily biased now. If you're using a search engine to discover information- that's already a bad position to have; essentially, you already need to be aware of the existence and structure of the thing you're looking for. If you can't find something with Google that you know exists, duckduckgo won't help you. Possibly Yandex since it's a Russian engine, with (I assume) a counter narrative
