In gossip client, we don't parse these if there's no e tag to go with it.

Sorry I was mistaken. Since NIP-27 the e-tags are optional. Leaving them out is considered a silent mention.

However gossip doesn't parse your text as an event link because it's not a valid NIP-21 identifier as it doesn't start with `nostr:`
