Cognitive behavioral reprogramming does wonders.

It's best to do the therapy on yourself instead of letting doctors use it to manipulate you into being better at fitting into society.

Alter your thoughts.

Emotions follow, behaviour follows, habits follow.

Once you establish healthy habits they reinforce healthy thoughts and you have cured your depression, anxiety, addictions, etc.

No longer need excuses to cope.

Action or acceptance depending on the situation.

It all just flows without effort once you've got to that point.

I still struggle with getting emotionally involved in things that are totally outside of my control.

Arguing about shit on here etc.

But I'm content. I don't really have any problems in my own life worth being mad about.

It took a lot of hard work to get this far.

Healing gets a lot easier once you have no excuse not to.
