most likely a popular client shilling for npub usage - "join us now, we have xyz now available. Use your sats on platform to buy you skins or whatever"
It is a QR code to engage in censorship free response to a question. Maybe voting on who the nostriches think will win, maybe a question on social commentary, or a funny question with the funniest answers displayed.
Side note : i could see esports/robotic sports being bigger down the line. Maybe i’m biased as I do not like football.
