old neighbour i had showed me a vid of him on K having a revelation (= cutting open bread, but instead of going back and forth w the knife he went back and forth w the bread)

I tripped once through the night and made myself an omelet in the morning, noticed that I was whipping the egg with my other hand that I'm not dominant with. Learned that I could try to be ambidextrous
