What is incentive?

Create a family patrimony everyone is incentivized and can easily contribute to. (We can all see who has contributed to the family wealth)
Give the possibility to start a project without simply begging for it. (The money is yours to, you have a key)
Create an opportunity for us to meet and discuss and take décisions together.
Orange pill all of them along the way.
Protect myself from my own greed by sharing my wealth with people I trust and love.
I mean.. there's many reasons.
I read something in The Blocksize War (highly recommended) today that made me think of your idea.
“The DAO was fundamentally flawed on several levels… The economic incentive model of the project also made little sense. For example, when it came to decisions on investments, there was little incentive to vote “no” on investment proposals, since “no” voters became invested in approved projects, while those who abstained money got exposure. Additionally, there was no stated mechanism for forcing successful projects to contribute profits back into The DAO…”
Yeah but it's not random people. It's people i love and trust.
It's not a company either. It dosen't really matter if my brother wants à New 3d printing machine but dosen't want or isn't capable of making money down the line with it and contribute back in.
My only worries is that someone might ask for something, get rejected, and be hurt or get angry by it. Further creating distance in the family instead of closeness.
