About a year after I stopped doing cross fit, I saw 'the other fat guy from cross fit' at the deli. He said 'damn Mick, what'd you start doing?' I replied 'I stopped working out and started paying attention to what I eat'. Wasn't even being strict keto yet.

What about gaining weight? I am slim/ athletic
