Here are the features of the Nostr Multi-Tool:

Secure Local Key Management: This tool allows you to generate, save, and manage your Nostr private keys securely within your browser's local storage.

Encrypted Key Storage: You can encrypt your private key with a password before saving it, adding a layer of security.

Key Export/Import: The tool enables you to export your encrypted private key as a JSON file for backup and later import.

Relay Management: You can add and remove relays to connect to the Nostr network.

Global Feed: The app fetches and displays a global feed of Nostr notes (Kind 1 events) from the connected relays.

Custom Feeds: You can create personalized feeds by specifying a list of public keys (pubkeys or npubs) to follow.

NIP-04 Shielded Text (DM): You can send and receive private, encrypted direct messages with other Nostr users using their npub or pubkey. The messages are encrypted with your private key and the recipient's public key.

Directory Search: The tool allows you to search for and view Nostr profiles (Kind 0 events) and their associated metadata.

Npub Contact via DM Message for bugs

To send a DM, you will need the recipient's npub or pubkey (a 64-character hexadecimal string). The "Shielded Text" feature uses NIP-04 to encrypt the message.

1. Navigate to the "Shielded Text" tab.

2. Paste the recipient's npub npub6d8gxt2z4k9e8sdpc0yyqzf5gp0np09ls4lnn630qzxzvwpl0rgq5h4rzv into the "Recipient's public key" input field.

3. Type your message into the text area.

4. Click "Encrypt & Send." The tool will automatically use your loaded private key to encrypt the message before publishing it to your relays as a Kind 4 event.
