If you lost your key (hence the need for FROST) where is your channel backup? I can't quite understand how FROST works in this use case given that.

Oh you know why? I limited my imagination to 2-of-2. This will probably be pretty great for multi-party channels
Right. Sounds like until we get a proof for 2/2musig with one key FROST, what I envisiones won't work.
