I can't seem to be able to generate invoices on my Lnbits at the moment am getting a 505 error.

Is your Lightning node working? Check the umbrel Lightning app. When this happens to me I often find that the bitcoin node is out of sync which causes the Lightning node to stop working, which in turn causes LNBits to stop working.
I fixed it. It looks like I just had to reset the settings to default and restart Lnbits 👍
