Actually not just wine.. I do t drink much but it happens with any alcohol.

If Iβm not wrong, itβs the combination of pale skin and biologically lower tolerance to alcohol.
Compared with Caucasian people, who have pale skin but higher tolerance to alcohol. We can turn red too, just usually after more.
I think itβs on a cellular level, thereβs some organelle that behaves differently genetically.
