This is a famous dialogue from Indian Freedom Fighter 'Netaji' Subhash Chandra Bose. In context of India's independence struggle, Netaji said that blood is the only thing that can pay the price of freedom.

Things have changed for sure. Today, we have some technologies that can actually enable freedom without any bloodshed. Today, we have some philosophy that doesn't ask for blood in exchange of freedom. Today, we have some warriors who can fight a freedom struggle without any weapon.
