It's not decentralised but if you're completely new to programming, CS50 might be an option
Thanks I am new to programming. I'll probably never do anything serious with any programming I learned, but I at least want to understand what all the devs are talking about more so than I understand it today. Basically I just want to learn because learning's awesome
