I go once a month to the chiropractor.

Every ince in a while I get trigger points under my shoulder blades, and stiff neck which eventually becomes painful.

Lots of computer work.

Gotta pull out my arm and rub out the knots under the shoulder blades, stretch the neck.

Yeah same here. Been sitting every time and didn’t do any exercises. So now I started doing workouts and decided to go to the chiropractor so he can fix the lower and top back

Glad to hear it.

It's also helpful, though not strictly homeopathic, to keep OTC lidocaine patches handy.

You can use 12hr on, 12 off of in bad pain.

I've found sometimes my muscles keep the pain going. Those patches can localized take the edge off enough to relax them.

But just glad you're feeling better!

I rarely use pills πŸ’Š trying to avoid at all cost

This is the way

For sure. Wish I knew a natural topical analgesic that worked as good.

Respect.

Be careful.

All good πŸ˜‰
