I think this is quite normal. The phase when you eat less comes later on. First few weeks I ate a lot. Important is to stick to meat, fat or eggs as Beave said.

Give it another two three weeks. Maybe even more, those things are very individual.

Bacon, eggs, butter, sausages, salmon is full of fat...

Thanks. Bought salmon yesterday but the rest are staples.

Well I think especially in early phase is super important to stick to something you like, regardless of volume.

So go for fish, chicken or whatever you prefer and don't worry about how much you eat.
