So, hardly any GBP sellers on Robosats but a lot of Euro ones, so I made an international money account with my main bank and converted some of my fiat to Euros.

Only problem is it's telling me payments to SEPA countries will take "up to 24 hours" but isn't SEPA supposed to be instant? Will def be a problem using it on Robosats if it takes 24 hours.

Might look at Revolut, I've seen a lot of bad reviews about the business in general but it's commonly used on Robosats and should be pretty much instant around the world since it's a transfer to the same bank.

I live in UE and my bank don't allow me to make instant SEPA to another UE country. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Fuckin fiat system jfc... it all seems so primitive having to worry about how long international payments take or if you're "allowed" to make them when you're used to zapping whatever amount you want to anyone in the world.

If you know someone in the EU who will let you use their address, set up an N26 account. Very easy to do and they have instant payments available 🤩

They post your eftpos card to the address. I got my friend in Germany to send it to me in Australia 🤩

Not every bank does fast payments. Some do but charge for it. N26 defaults to fast without extra charge.

Yeah no UK bank does SEPA Instant. They all do Faster Payments (domestic instant transfer in GBP) but even banks offering Euro and multi-currency accounts never offer SEPA Instant here.

Not every sepa payment is sepa instant credit transfer. It depends on your bank.

Yeah I looked further into it, SEPA Instant is a specific type of SEPA, then there's just SEPA Credit Transfer which takes 24 hours, then some older one that takes a week.

No UK bank seems to offer SEPA Instant even tho the UK is a member of SEPA.
