Ahhh poor you well first thing we need is soup I'd go for chicken noodle add loads of pepper (sweat the flu) out of ya, take some paracetamol if you have lempsips or other drinks similar to lempsips have one of those and plenty of rest we will have you right as rain in a day or two oh and good morning to ya not nice waking up with a flu especially when the weather outside is beautiful.
