I'm trying to use my own blossom server #haven but when shopstr tries to upload an image the server respond with a 404 error code. The same server is working with primal and amethyst. Is there anything that I need to configure in shopstr?

It should work normally, but if this error is persisting it's most likely a bug on how we're handling authentication to the server. Will look into it!
