Which institutions do you feel are not corrupt? We always here about the corrupt ones, but which are solid?
Discussion
The ones without humans in them. But some are more, some are less, all need vigilance and perpetual return to first principles. Some are beyond saving.
McDonald’s?
Probably stuff like air traffic control?
Flying is pretty safe and has incentives to keep being safe regardless of profit pressures since potential accidents are brand devastating.
Pushing Tin was such a good movie
Better question is which to phase out last. Less people die if the transition is gradual.
I'd say 100% anarchy was naïve, but with proper Bitcoin tech and stuff like blockchain granular voting we might be able to get close to total decentralization.
Firefighters
Sheriffs
Sole proprietorships & partnerships
Privately-held corporations in non-political, non-heavily-regulated industries
Custodial banks (Schwab, Fidelity & TDA)
Credit unions
These may not be "institutions" in your sense, but I'm sympathetic to these & haven't seen corruption:
Mises Institute
Ayn Rand Institute
Federalist Society
Low Carb Down Under
Watts up with that
Gun Owners of America
