Yeah, would make more sense if the ROI was denominated in some hard money like gold or silver
The "average hodler" is ~3x'ing how much fiat. 5K, 10K? Doubt it's much higher than that. Barely a deposit on a boomer house. That's why they will always be average.
This could change with more options to take loans against it or use it as equity to get a mortgage
