NostrGram lets you restore your following list. Just go to your Profile page and click on the calendar icon in your profile box.
I guess you can only restore your lists if you were already a Nostrgram user, right?

No. It will restore your history from any client. It pulls your past contacts lists from the relays so it doesn't matter which client you were using.
