The Above Phone may be something #Nostr frens could think about.

There was a poll earlier today Android vs iPhone, why not another option, outside of that system? Above Phone uses their own operating system and apps.

Instead of creating new website create a new phone that ensures privacy? But it will be pricey, considering it won't be backed by Google and YouTube, as no one will put these apps if privacy is the key feature. And then what about a new SIM? Or do we rely on video or audio calls that are made through web?

How many backdoors would be there, and would not one loose data if via web search we touch upon a site that collects information?

From what I've heard about this company they've created all new apps for nearly everything and block access to most of what the phone does. Currently you'd still need a SIM card from a telco or use wifi/VoIP etc.
