What is stopping anyone from just running the fork? Couldn't anyone who likes op cat just run it and start doing all the cool shit it allows for? Is it about convincing the mining pools to run on cat so their transactions will get mined? I'm clearly missing something, all these proposals seem to be safe enough, why isn't anyone just firing it off?
