Exactly. Not counting in Israel since it is Jewish and not a legitimate country anyway, America is the only non Muslim country in the world that maintains genital mutilation as the norm. Mind blowing. That they would also be the ones going a step further by finding ways of mutilation both genders comes to no surprise.
