Over 72 hours is where things really start to take effect.

I think I will do this at least quarterly, barring any other contraindications.

So far, I think it is challenging in good ways and anyone who is not on tons of pills should probably try it at least once.

Other than supplements, im no taking any pills. I should be good to go.

Yeah, I meant stuff that's not supposed to be taken on an empty stomach or things that mess with your blood sugar, so yeah! You can do it.
