I read and it makes me want to buy a PC where I can run all of this offline, like with Llama or whatever, FULL OPEN SOURCE STACK where I don't have to pay money and preserve my privacy.

What's the full stack (Goose, Llama whatever - sorry, I'm not well versed on Options as I just know Perplexity on the Browser) you recommend for that and what's the cheapest PC/laptop that will handle it, the best bang for the buck under 600 USD.
