I doubt the CIA is involved directly. They are too busy elsewhere. But i would bet some of those weapons came from Ukraine.

The CIA can be active at 100+ places at once. This one is done routinely through paid mercenaries, just like they did many times throughout the history. I don't this one is the same, but it fits the picture.

the CIA doesn’t give a $#!t about France. They are more interested in South America, Africa and anyplace with Lithium or Oil. But again, you probably do have NATO to thank for all the weapons flowing in to Europe from the Ukraine.

The uprising in France is nothing like this. Macron is not a threat to the Globalists. He is a threat to the people of France. Something else is going on there.
Have you seen the news how he betrayed the "West's agenda"? He went rogue by pushing nuclear (instead of renewables) but the biggest mistake was making visits and deals with the "enemy" countries.
