As a first edition millennial, there's not enough of us to support our Gen X parents...shits going to hit the fan a lot sooner. I already don't like the idea I'm expected to fund other people's retirement when, were it not for Bitcoin, I'd not be able to retire myself.

I'm a GenX child and I wish you all the best. If they had taught kids in school how to master money maybe we'd be better. But for most of us, money became our master and we didn't learn how to effectively manage that money to secure our retirements. Maybe if that would have happened here in the US then social security would have never existed.
It's a damn shame
I’m GenX and my generation didn’t have enough kids and 90% of us our losers like every other generation. But GenX is tiny compared to the Boomers and Millennials.
Personally, I’d love to see GenX’s relative lack of political power, based on our small size, be used to end the entire communist entitlement system.
Increase the retirement age in us, we don’t have the votes to stop it. Privatize the retirement system so young people who actually pay attention and care can earn a real return on the ≈12% of their income that is extracted from their paychecks every year.
