I need to self reflect and unplug from the matrix. The algorithms are feeding on my insecurities

I hate when the algorithm figures out who I truly am.
And then I have to put serious effort to make it unlearn what it did about me and start showing me what I want not what it thinks Iām interested.
Maybe it's like the red car theory where you don't notice a red car until you point it out but it's like the system, not saying nostr but generally youtube and Facebook lately have been pumping content thats more different then normal that I swear is messing with my psyche š. Idk maybe I'm just a crazy nutbag. Maybe skynet is trying to kill me. š¤·āāļø
