Tell me a healthy thing that i should include in my daily/weekly routine.
I already have a collection but i'm always looking for more to add to the list.
No sunning my beautiful balls or eating only cow meat crap.
Something interesting that worked for your body or mind.
At least 15 mins on the back porch with coffee before i start my morning routine.

That's a good suggestion but i don't have a back porch 😐. Big city life. But i do breathing first after waking up.
i think the practice of just relaxing and not jumping immediately into 'the grind' for even a few minutes in the morning if you can, is a really good idea 👍
