Welcome to true control over your phone. Not sure about tap to pay. Depending on your Hardware some banking apps don't work well (CashAPP}.
I suppose you could let Google Pay run on the sandbox and give it NFC access. Not sure.

Kinda tempted to see if I can use Revolut but then I'd have to throw a sim card in it or perhaps an esim might work..
