The Ministry of Finance on Wednesday said that it will issue 12.5 billion yuan (about $1.75 billion) of renminbi-denominated treasury bonds in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Aug. 27. It will be the fourth batch of such bonds issued this year.
