people who have convictions for abusing courts don't get their suits accepted, they can even get restraining orders from even entering the registry

yeah, he's on the line now, if he does any shit for 2 years in that jurisdiction he will get hammered next time plus a year

his enemies will be very keen to throw as much as possible next time if he tries some shit
