When did someone you worked with do something so unbelievable that you had to just sit down and process it for a second?

So many I could write a book.
Once an Information Security Officer came to my desk and told me that I need to install an antivirus.
I said "alright, give me the binary".
He said "here", and showed to me the screen of his phone.
"I don't use Windows", I replied, "I run Linux on my laptop."
He went away and came back a few minutes later.
"These are the Linux binaries, pick one, please", and stands there staring at me.
I look at his phone, and there are three options: arm64, amd64, and an apk (android package).
I hint at my laptop and its giant "Intel CORE" sticker. Nothing. Blank stare. I wait some more.
I painfully realize that he doesn't know what a processor architecture is.
