I've compiled a little guide to show you the information I needed to get my moons onto metamask.

Step 1 you need metamask.

Step 2 copy your vault seed phrase and paste it into metamask where it's asking for recovery phrase.

Next up. You need to add Arbitrum Nova NOT ARB ONE.

Here is all the information you need to add that network.

At the top, select the drop down menu (should be defaulted to etherium mainnet) add network -> custom network.

Enter these details.

NAME : Arbitrum Nova

RPC: https://nova.arbitrum.io/rpc

CHAIN ID : 42170

SYMBOL: ETH

BLOCK EXPLORER: https://nova-explorer.arbitrum.io

Next you will need to add moons as it's unlikely it will have automatically found them in your account.

MOONS Contract Address: 0x0057Ac2d777797d31CD3f8f13bF5e927571D6Ad0

BRICKS Contract Address: 0x6DcB98f460457fe4952e12779Ba852F82eCC62C1

Now, using the network Arbtrium NOVA (again not ONE) you can move moons to an exchange that supports deposits (not currently CDC as of time of writing).
