Domain names are centralized property we pay rent on.

I've been paying rent thru Gandi for various legacy reasons, but now I see they were bought in 2023 and happiness has been going down.

Who do you guys use?

And, what is the path out of centralized domain names in short and longer term?

Same here. I've not bothered to move yet but have heard many say they have moved to Porkbun.

To your second question, long and windy. Scouting reports wanted.
