Alright #AskNostr when I hold down a photo and click “save photo” it says “saved ✔️” but it’s not in my camera roll. Is this a settings issue or a user issue lol? Thanks 🙏🏼

I don't use Primal. In Amethyst stuff gets saved in Pictures/Amethyst for me. I don't know if Primal would let you change the location.

Depends on the client since that’s not a protocol thing but instead a local app thing.
