The average in Argentina is 90.

Intelligence has a distribution as many other things, that 2/3 of the data is below the average.

So Argentine people has 2 out of 3 people that literally has LESS than 90 IQ.

So, 2/3 people here are SCIENTIFICALLY STUPID
