I think it depends on how easily you can lay hands on them. Looks like mange in the first photo. We used to use Demodex in a bath to treat that. Maybe now there is an Ivermectin product for it. “Mange by mail” has a protocol for adding a specific amount (.1 to .3 ml) of injectable ivermectin to meat bait that’s supposed to cure it. No surprise that any such use is not approved in the official description.

What I do have is some Ivermectin for Chinese pigs that we’ve been eating now and then… Will check if I can crush some of that!
