My iPhone gets hot even when I am not using multiple apps.
It gets hotter and hotter, especially if I use Instagram, x, and other sns.
Noster also gets hotter after watching it for a while.

I'm using a android samsung phone and instagram is the app who is using most battery especially for videos and live. It can be normal as long as your battery last few hours.
I use the Instagram story function a lot, so I must be using a lot of battery power.
