I don't think they'll rush deployment. A successful introduction of this crap is the only chance the ECB has to reset the currency they've completely destroyed over the last 25 years. In particular over the last three years. It's their golden reset button to maintain control over Europe's money and hence the crowd. A failure would be devastating for this fraudulent institution. They need this "reformation" so badly because they know for a fact that they'll never reach their imaginary 2% inflation target.
This is also why we (the EU) can afford to give tens o billions of EUR away as if it was candy. At this point it doesn't matter because they know that they'll reset the monetary system soon enough.

But all i red so far in the past was showing that they end everything up before their deadlines. And this is really remarkable for such an institution. You can liturally feel their pain and fear.

They messed up on a printed fiat currency.

I don't think they messed up with their currency. They reached their goal, increased debt, inflated interest rates and they introduced various forms of universal income across Europe to drag people into dependency of receiving allegedly "free money" without having to work for it. CBDC will change all of this and reveal the real objective. The creation of full dependant and programmable citizens through programmable money.
If you look deep into the rabbit hole you'll see how sophisticated their plans are. It's probably the biggest monetary scam in history striving for total control over the people. See, these people don't work on 5-10 year plans. They work on 20-50 year plans to reach their goals.
The climate change, the currently wars, depopulation, CBDC, universal income, etc etc it's all part of the same plan. Giving the elite total control over the world population and securing the well being of their bloodlines for centuries to come.
