Good man, my long term goal is a self sustaining homestead where we produce enough to eat quality natural foods and enough excess to trade for some extra sats.

I'm doing: Meat, tallow and fur, blood for crop fertilizer, crops as animal feed, crops for self-consumption, and to make honey with bees.
On site butchers and freezers.
Thinking of also using honey+fat+fragrant flowers to make soap (but that's for much later).
