Life pro tip:

Sleep on the floor, no mattress or any cushioning. Couple of weeks to get used to it.

Pros: improved posture and joint health, less time needed to sleep, improved kidney function, better dream recall.

Sleep in a colder room, you need to feel a slight shiver when going under the blanket, and leave the window open a little bit for fresh air (even at winter). I recommend wool bedding.
