The first bondage ( in Vedic science) is bondage of knowing .. it's called "Bodh Bandana" .. the next is bondage due to actions - "Karm Bandana" ..
Not knowing is ultimate freedom .. because "unKnowing" is hardest part .. once you seen something ..you can't really unsee :-)
You know why Buddha is sometimes referred to as "Bohdhi Sattava" ?
