lol you lost me. is it like a dummy account that you can reference when creating a follow list for another user? is that user following anyone? I can't see any follows for them and don't know if its bc my client is wonky :)

Yes it's a dummy account that has a contact-list (kind 3) that lists cool bitcoiners. Clients should show contact lists. branle does on the profile page, albeit not a very obvious rendering of it.
ah ok seeing it now! was def my slow client lol. yeah i modified branle's follow list to be an actual list you can view
