A dating app:

Sex app

Design and code into a finished product for sale on both android and apple and google app stores (to be published under GRANT ALEXANDER ADKINS's name and financial interests) a social dating app called “QUIDPRO,” where (verified) women users get paid per message block and quality of conversation whereas male users have to pay per message. Male users rate the conversation after every picture complete/unlocked. Include games and incentives to unlock an amount of free messages, which the women can view the results of to use to filter their potential matches by kink or sexual desire, activity, or setting. TO START, profile pictures are hidden behind generated art in which sharing personal information ( i.e. successful flirting) slowly dismantles and unlocks the art into (standardized) profile pictures. For every so many messages, require a new pose be uploaded and remasked. When users attempt to meetup or change venue of conversation, require a steak into a contract from each party to unlock an address or activity or change of venue profile or time. Make sure all parties contractually consent to an agreed upon set of expectations by holding a deposit from each party against the contract before allowing a meetup (i.e. location data, time data). Allow for matched pairs who are photo verified to seek and find additional users or pairs or parties to match with and start flirting. Each group now makes and spends money per message based on an algorithm maximizing payout after contracts are complete. All parties also rate the conversation blocks against each other's unless in the case of single women who don’t get to rate the conversation. After the pair or party has verified photos of the pair(s’) or party(s’) meet-up together in standardized poses, and the contract has paid out to the women and deposit returned, the party may choose to regroup and continue adding members. Offer incentives to join groups together as large as possible, such as reduced deposits and exclusive access to new or popular and highly rated users. Utilize an after-meetup ratings system to close the contract and pay out. In the case any contract in this application is deemed to be broken by any party, the wronged users are paid out from the deposits against the contract in question, each expectation agreed upon in contract has its own penalty, which in total summation is the source of the cost of deposit. The ratings system will play into an algorithm to find better matches (larger, more cohesive groups), even to the point of breaking away certain users, parties, or groups from forming a contract again (based on a contractual clause of certain ratings or expectational clauses). Endorse high ranking and prolific users or groups or pairs of users utilizing an increased price per message as they start the flirting process over with a new user or pair or group of users. Above a certain rating, a particular user may leave their group or pairing without disbanding the rest of the group whilst maintaining their payout given their party continues to add more users. A new contract is written up for each meetup and expectations from previous contracts may be void. Incentivize (verified) women users to flirt with other women, in which they both pay per message and rate the conversation in order to form pairs and groups. The larger the group of (only) women, the message-rate geometrically increases (opposed to males) by each additional woman. Further incentivize this behavior by price-matching the womens’ earnings by an algorithm-determined amount for each additional member to the contract so that these premium groups can consider flat bid offers by males to close the contract. The bidding process should be treated the same as the flirting process in which messages are subject to a message-rate algorithm except all users involved can see all the chats. These contracts may regroup together to open up the group to other males, which, for each additional member, reduce the cost of the message-rate sent to the party as a whole. The party, who, now, once met up and contract closed, may form again as a party(subject to the matching algorithm). Males from the previous contract(s) are now subject to earning the same as the women (who are subject to the earnings algorithm). These multiple-male groups may filter through potential matches again to complete another meet up and get another payout and repeat. If not every woman in the previous (former) contract is willing to join the party again (with exceptions for users above a certain rating), then the party is disbanded and users may not contract again with any other members of the disbanded party until they have completed another contract with unrelated users. The losing males who keep on paying without securing a contract should be offered flirts with other consistently losing males. In these cases the explicit expectation of alpha male vs beta male should be agreed upon as the first step to any contract (and in cases of multiple parties, an explicit pecking order should be established for each meet up). For male only groups, the message-rate is dependent upon place in the pecking order such that the most alpha gets paid the most at contract close to the beta getting nothing (subject to the matching-algorithm as well as the message-rate algorithms as well as contractual review). Once again, incentivize as large of groups as possible, which should at meet-up and photo verification, be able to place a group bid on premium women-only groups to compete with individual males' bids and flirts. Otherwise they may regroup and continue adding members after each payout (subject to the matching algorithm and post meetup ratings and contract review). Every user should be able to play advertiser made games to show off their personalities as well as gain a minimum amount of free messages(based upon maximizing user retention) as well as the opportunity to earn small payouts which can be used in anonymous pooled bids called “quid pro quos,” where the anonymous collective votes with their money who, or what group should be disbanded and rankings set to 0 if they accept the pooled bid not knowing it was a “quid pro quo”. All of the disbanded groups via “quid pro quo” release all their app data publicly to a library in the app.
