Bitcoin is Protest.

Protest is symbolic speech.

Symbolic speech is protected by the First Amendment.

Therefore, Bitcoin should be considered symbolic speech and therefore be shielded by the first amendment.

Why wouldn't it be under National Defense? The financial state of a nation is extremely important at keeping the balance of society.

Isn't that what the Federal Reserve said they were going to do?

Would we try them in Supreme Court, Military Court, or a real Nuremberg and not that fake shit after WWII.

I think Milt Friedman had a similar line of thinking in terms of the treasury being under Defense. Interesting idea.

I feel as if it falls under National Defense similarly to elections.
