I’m really curious what the justification could be for making HBO Max users download a new app instead of just pushing an update.
The new app looks nice, but it also took exactly 30 seconds for me to find a missing feature I consider a critical oversight these days.
Big catalog though...

The ability to share a show. How can they miss sharing in a mobile app?
I immediately found an awesome show going behind the scenes with Mark Rober - a very cool person btw and wanted to share it with my brother, and couldn’t.
