By it's very nature, it won't do anything. It's a protocol, not a company.
Relay operators may push it out of their relays, which would lead to the estabilishment of of hidden/private relays for that, out of the public eye.
Clients can perhaps block that content, but that doesn't remove it from the relays, it just won't be seen by those who use said client.
CP can and inevitably will be shared using Nostr. We can do our best zo limit it's reach outside of those who already know where to look, but we cannot stop it from happening.
